God Justice Foundation works alongside organizations, businesses, churches, and community leaders already doing meaningful work. Rather than duplicating their efforts, we identify opportunities to bring together funding, partnerships, resources, and support to help effective programs reach more people and create greater impact.
We envision a growing network in which individuals develop marketable skills, secure sustainable employment, launch businesses, support one another's enterprises, mentor future participants, and ultimately contribute to stronger and more economically resilient communities.

How It Works
God Organizing Dominance for Justice Foundation helps bring the pieces together. We identify strong partners, mobilize resources, support participants, strengthen career and entrepreneurship pathways, and help successful community programs expand their impact.
1. Identify
We identify workforce needs, economic opportunities, and trusted organizations already preparing people for careers and entrepreneurship.
2. Partner
We collaborate with experienced training providers, businesses, churches, employers, mentors, and community organizations to deliver each Accelerator cohort.
3. Equip
Participants receive industry-specific training along with mentorship, financial literacy, professional development, entrepreneurship education, and other supports designed to prepare them for long-term success.
4. Launch
Partners are connected to next-step opportunities, including employment, continued training, apprenticeships, entrepreneurship, mentorship, and other pathways toward sustainable income.
Kingdom Business & Workforce Accelerator
Inaugural Accelerator Cohort
The Kingdom Business & Workforce Accelerator is God Justice Foundation's workforce development initiative designed to connect adults from under-resourced communities with practical skills training, mentorship, financial education, entrepreneurship development, and pathways to sustainable employment and income.
Rather than operating as a traditional vocational school, the Accelerator works in collaboration with experienced training organizations and industry professionals who are already equipped to provide high-quality, hands-on instruction.
Each Kingdom Business & Workforce Accelerator cohort may focus on a different occupational pathway based on community needs, available opportunities, and the expertise of our training partners. Through collaboration with an experienced training partner, participants will have the opportunity to receive hands-on instruction in practical trade competencies while also developing the professional, financial, and entrepreneurial skills needed to pursue employment or build income-generating opportunities.
